My Journey

After a car accident turned my world upside down, I crossed paths with reiki for the second time in my life. Only this time, I was the patient rather than the observer. Reiki was the essential complement to my physical, psychological and spiritual rehabilitation. When the traditional modalities hit a wall on the recovery path, it was reiki that broke through and allowed for continued healing.  This was only the beginning.

When my sister was diagnosed with terminal cancer, I immediately insisted she see my reiki master for a session. I hoped that if nothing else, it eased her anxieties and fears. It did much more for her. I became a certified practitioner to be able to give her reiki as often as possible and whenever she needed it.
